My Field Of Interest

 Field Of Interest 

Hello everyone, Welcome back to my fourth blog, which is about my field of interest. I am interesting in human resource management and education. I would like join human resource field or educaton field. This is because i like to help a company to manage thier workers more well and for education part, i like to teach students more knowledge. Below are some techniques to become a good human resource management and a good educator.

A)Leadership 

= Leadership in HRM human resource management play an important role because it is a key link between management and the employee workforce. If dosen't have a good leader to lead the team, it won't have a 

   perfect team in the end. 

B) Training

= Every worker not only HRM ,  before start to do job in the field you choose, you need to undergo training programme to prviding required skills to the employee for doing the job effectively, skillfully and qualitatively.

2. EDUCATOR

A ) Show passion when teaching

This will happend to all of the educators. When they keep on repeating the same topic the same chapter or maybe they meet a naughty boy, they will loose thier passion. But, loosing that bit of passion can have determinal effects on your quality of teaching. If both students and teachers feel apathetic towards the subject, it's likely that there won't be any meaningful learning. So, can maybe try to find something interesting or maybe play some exercise game for them to refresh the topic or chapter taught before.

B ) Manage your time well 

To be a educator, if you can't manage your time well, always late for class, didn't come in to the class, over time, students will think that this subject this educator is not important. The teacher-student relationship will be even more alienated. At last, manage time is important for educator.

My Passion

 

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share about my passion. My passion is to become a teacher or a lecturer. I love to be a teacher or lecturer is because my father is a secondary school teacher for the past 40 years. Now, eventhough he is already retired, but now he is still giving tuition for Form 4 and Form 5 physics. Because of this, i always has a dream to become a teacher in a day in the future. Not only because of my father, but become a teacher can guide and also help student to make higher improvement in the subject and also can teach them some extra knowledge that maybe school didn't teach.
